Wow. It has been a while since I was here last. *blows the dust from all the flat surfaces.*


Well, as I'm here now, I may as well update you all on the last...six-seven months since my last update.


I finally conquered a year long writers block, just in time to complete National Novel Writers Month (NANOWRIMO) for the third year in a row. No nail-biting race to the finish, or quitting halfway through only to come back from behind for me this time around, no siree bob! I dusted off an old concept of mine, The Myrriddya, nailed down a basic creation myth, and off I went. I have made several attempts in the past to start a Myrriddyon book, some of which can be found in my gallery, but this time, the words flowed, and I enjoyed the writing.


So much so that I needed a map. This became my next project. As I've been enoying writing the Myrriddya story, I needed a world on which it could take place, as a reference for myself more than anything. After doodling a basic handdrawn map, I went to work converting it digitally, and the completed map is now in my gallery.


So what's next for the Lemming? Well, actually finishing Khyrai Heart, the Myrriddya book I started at Nano will be a good idea. However, as I wrote it, I realized that I would need to write at least two prequel books. Now that I have the world established, I'm fairly confident that knocking these books out shouldn't be a problem. I already know how they begin, and end. All I have to do now is fill in the gaps between.
